Postpartum Toolkit Documents: You can access Postpartum Toolkit materials here. These are open-access tools for healthcare teams to use with pregnant and postpartum people.

Community of Practice: The Community of Practice is open to all healthcare professionals in North Carolina. The content discussed will be guided by participant interests and needs. The goal is to learn with and from each other. Register here.

Office Hours: For our NC MHI sites, the 4th Trimester team offers virtual office hours 2nd Mondays of each month at noon. We are here to walk with you around considering toolkit items, integrating them into practice, and evaluating the effectiveness for continual system strengthening.
